  • First 20-minute consultation: Free

  • First three-hour minimum session: $300

  • Each following session: Two-hour minimum. Hourly Rate: $100

  • Packages: 10-Hours: $850 (broken up into two or three sessions)

VIRTUAL ZOOM APPOINTMENTS

Organizers love to dive into messy situations. We help you deal with things in your life that are too overwhelming to look at or even think about. From piles of paperwork from your last job or household, to closets of old clothes from a loved one, organizers are here to help you cut through it and bring the project to a close.

Often these feelings surface just as we start to see the light at the end of the tunnel … when our hands are so full and we are just about to hire someone to help.  These feelings can often keep you stuck when you can make life easier by outsourcing to a hired professional.

Organizers are so focused on getting the job done that the specifics of your belongings … outside of what it takes to sort, categorize, and designate homes for your possessions … is irrelevant and rarely remembered after the entire job is done! Organizers sort things so quickly that they rarely can remember any specific details regarding your personal information.

Purging is often, but not always a part of organizing. If it is, generally a percentage of items are recommended … but not required … to organize. Also, Harmonized Designs NEVER throws anything out without your permission.

Organizers are too busy putting everything where it needs to be to remember personal information. We see so much paper on a day-to-day basis that there is no way we could ever remember any of it!

“What will others think?”

Hiring a professional organizer is becoming more and more common. There is no reason whatsoever to feel embarrassed or ashamed to get the help you need. Also keep in mind that Harmonized Designs never shares your information and your appointments are completely confidential.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Harmonized Designs will make suggestions for places to donate your unneeded and unwanted items.

  • Purging is sometimes, but not always, a part of the organizing process that makes room for a renewed, organized space. Some clients have large amounts of trash / donations at the end of a session, others do not. Most do feel it necessary to purge items in order to achieve their organizing goals.

    *Harmonized Designs never pressures clients to purge items that they do not feel comfortable parting with. That is a personal decision.

  • If they are not too heavy or unwieldy, Harmonized Designs can help you move things either within the home or outside. Otherwise, we cannot.

  • You can absolutely use items that you already have to assist the organizing process! We encourage you to reuse anything that would help make your space more functional.

    In addition, during your session and after, Harmonized Designs will send you product suggestions that you may want to purchase for your organizing needs.

  • For in-person organizing, payment is required after services are rendered. For Harmonized Packages, payment is required in full upon purchase.

    For virtual sessions, payment is required prior to each organizing session.

  • We accept Cash, Paypal, and major credit cards.
